Remember the classic military courtroom drama "A Few Good Men" starring Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson? It includes one of my favorite movie scenes of all time which it turns out was improvised! Handle that TRUTH! But did you know that there are actually some major legal inaccuracies in the film? What?? Really???

Recently, I had the pleasure of sitting down with my good friend and former theater camp buddy, UCLA law professor Joanna Schwartz, who specializes in Civil Procedure. We had a great chat on my show where she revealed the Three Things that the movie gets just plain wrong. And let me tell you, they were eye-opening and a tiny bit disappointing!
